Verified What a fabulous place, perfect location very close to the beach, walkways and the pier hotel. Less than 5 minutes away from the township. The views of both the mountains and sea were just perfect to wake up too. Being pet friendly and the property fully fenced and secure for Ted our Border Terrier was such a bonus. Also our early check in was appreciated. Very clean and tidy! Had everything we needed. Jess was a wonderful host, fast, great communication and super friendly! Highly recommend this home. Thankyou we will be back again in the Summer.

Verified Fantastic home with everything you need. We really enjoyed relaxing here, the property gets a decent amount of sun, and the outlook from the balcony is lovely. Gret indoor / outdoor flow. The location is fantastic. You are a short drive to town or you can walk from the house to the Pier Hotel for a lovely meal & drink.

Verified Fantastic place to stay with a huge sunny deck, lovely garden and lots of room.It was minutes from the beach, with lovely walkways along the coast either way. Definitely the most scenic side of town!!

Verified We absolutely loved our stay - being so close to the ocean it was the perfect place to enjoy Kaikoura & surrounds.The accommodation was both thoughtfully decorated and homely - the backyard was very relaxing and spacious. Verified We had a wonderful stay at Jess's place. It's perfect for families! There are so many toys; our child was thrilled and kept happily occupied. The view from the accommodation is fantastic, the garden is beautiful, and the surroundings are peaceful. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the apartment was cozy. Communication with Jess was also excellent.

Verified One of the best places we stayed in on our two month trip.Light, airy, clean and welcoming with lovely views from the balcony.Well positioned to access both Kaikōura town for shops, restaurants and cafés as well as Point Kean etc. for the seal colonies and walks over the peninsula. Plus just a couple of minutes walk to the sea.Ample parking and great facilities all round.We hope it's available next time we're in Kaikōura as we'd love to stay here again!

Fabulous out door living space for entertaining either on the deck enjoying the views or in the private garden BBQ area, with plenty of space. The accommodation is well appointed, modern beach style decor, clean, fresh and comfortable. Pier Hotel just down the road and the opposite way is boat launching beach and coffee, gelato and refreshment stands, something for everyone. This is truly a magical place.
