What a fabulous place, perfect location very close to the beach, walkways and the pier hotel. Less than 5 minutes away from the township. The views of both the mountains and sea were just perfect to wake up too. Being pet friendly and the property fully fenced and secure for Ted our Border Terrier was such a bonus. Also our early check in was appreciated. Very clean and tidy! Had everything we needed. Jess was a wonderful host, fast, great communication and super friendly! Highly recommend this home. Fantastic home with everything you need. We really enjoyed relaxing here, the property gets a decent amount of sun, and the outlook from the balcony is lovely. Gret indoor / outdoor flow. We absolutely loved our stay - being so close to the ocean it was the perfect place to enjoy Kaikoura & surrounds.The accommodation was both thoughtfully decorated and homely - the backyard was very relaxing and spacious. We had a wonderful stay at Jess's place. It's perfect for families! There are so many toys; our child was thrilled and kept happily occupied. The view from the accommodation is fantastic, the garden is beautiful, and the surroundings are peaceful. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the apartment was cozy. Communication with Jess was also excellent.

One of the best places we stayed in on our two month trip.Light, airy, clean and welcoming with lovely views from the balcony.Well positioned to access both Kaikōura town for shops, restaurants and cafés as well as Point Kean etc. for the seal colonies and walks over the peninsula. Fantastic location and out look to mountains and sea. Fabulous out door living space for entertaining either on the deck enjoying the views or in the private garden BBQ area, with plenty of space. The accommodation is well appointed, modern beach style decor, clean, fresh and comfortable. Had a splendid time in Kaikoura here at sea escape, so close to the sea, beautiful fresh air and a lovely safe garden to enjoy it all.
